Hope everyone is having a good chinese new year!. I know many that's working today for the double or even triple pay. As for me I've been stuffing myself aloot with my grandmas cooking. Entertaining ourselves with AOD, playstation, alcohol and gambling.

Soon to start visiting. I've got a head start and have conquered a few. What's different this year is rain. Taiping is raining this year o-o.

I've always wanted a bicycle to cycle around Melbourne. Even when my parents wanted me to get a car I suggested getting a bicycle or at least a scooter. Saves more space, petrol and will minus my carbon footprint.

How come the people at Copenhagen don't have to wear protective gear while cycling but people at Melbourne have too =__=. sucks.

The people that I seem to dislike tend to clump up together like a ball. But I don't know why I still talk to them. Even though they were not a group back then but still their characters annoy me to hell. Sucks to keep deceiving myself that they can still be friends, that behind that facade of theirs is someone good. This year they're fucking dead from my life and thank you for those who have scolded me that they are worthless.

Decided to drive down to Malacca from A Famosa Resort. My first time driving into the city and first time seeing Malacca! lol. Was lucky to find my way there without any problems. At first sight, I was captivated by all the red lights that lit the buildings.


So many heritage buildings and all so-very-well-maintained. omg I feel unhappy that Taiping doesn't try to do better.


Look pei hwa's car is at Malacca!, all the way from Taiping XD.



I don't remember the name of this restaurant but it serves Italian, I actually remembered but now i don't.

Looks like crap but i liked it. It's roasted pork shoulder and herbs, was a tad dry though.


Wood oven baked pizza. Their menu was surprisingly really good, many varieties to choose from ;) very authentic. I wanted one with pesto but they were out :(.


Salmon fettuccine. Personally i prefer tortellini or anything spirally.


I don't know. Gessie ordered it. hahaa. Overall it was a really satisfying meal :). Dropped by 7/11 after that to stock up on snacks and got some famous pineapple tarts from Jonker street.

Went back to our villa with full stomachs ;),watched Pirates of The Carribean with friends and gossiped till late. That day i got a message from goat :\ i couldn't sleep properly after that despite how horribly tired i was.

Played with some false eyelashes today. If it wasn't for my sister i wouldn't really have bothered. Found it to really easy to put on despite what others have said.


Actually i just woke up from bed =_= and then started playing with this. Nothing productive was done today except teaching my dad the internet. He has become a youtuber and was so fascinated by google maps. Having crappy pms, just want to stay in the house the whole day.

Feeling kinda sad that i'm going back to Melbourne soon, have to start packing.

logical. but she kept repeating it in the car 213098401 times to my sister.

2. Learn kung fu means you can fly

was watching this tvb drama and in that show was a ninja jumping/leaping as if he was flying, we we're laughing about it and she replied "cause they know kung fu". Thus, learn kung fu and you will fly.

3. Giggling/laughing is immature

"Giggle giggle, so immature". ... Nyehehehehahahahohohoooo

She actually stops us from laughing very very often. So we should cry and be depressed more often.

4. When you are cold, you're hungry.

The place was cold and she was hungry,
she said "oh its so cold, must be because i'm so hungry".
We, "No the place is really cold",
Gessie, "I'm shivering also".

"Then you must be hungry also".

Thus, when you are cold, you are hungry.

treated ourselves to Haagen-dazs today. Fat heaven. 6 mini-scoops of delish. I'm always in charge of ordering the fruity flavours while she's in charge of the choco milky stuff. Don't know why it has just always been that way.

Had a day out with a Klang boy. My cousin's newly appointed husband took us around his turf. Started with bak kut teh, lotsa people but damn good. Was crapping a lot about chinese tea, don't know whats wrong with our family and tea, damn good.

Our plan was to eat and go for fish spa.




It's supposed to be really popular?, started with a bicycle then a stall and so on. Surprised how semamgat Klang people are, my other cousin's husband is also a Klang boy damn semangat when you talk about Klang. They told me another popular thing is Klang's Fried Chicken.


Gessie got the cendol campur. Didn't know what it was so ordered lor. She pulak semangat Taiping, said "Taiping cendol still better." I don't really know how to answer actually, its pretty normal just that he puts a lot of santan.


Don't know how we suddenly ended up at Genting =_=, and all of us were wearing shorts. Least I still had my Fish Spa there damn geli in my opinion haha but really smooth after that, and did some extra shopping got myself lotsa socks and a pair of shoes.

Finished with, thai dinner at Kepong. But i still went out to asia cafe for yam cha after that ... real tiring day. Don't know how i survived but the next I day had to wake up early to drive down to Malacca too o-o.

Had a quick and early(9am) breakfast at ss15 Mc Donalds before heading down to Malacca. Wonder how I managed to wake up too =_=, after an extremely extreme long day before.


I think i never had breakfast this early in many months. Face all puffy with bunny teeth protruding and all.


Someone ordered the big breakfast.


We successfully managed to reach A Famosa Resort without getting lost. Friends from Taiping that took the bus the night before were already there, A Famosa was horribly large compared to what you see in the drawn out map in the brochure. Lucky had the car to move around to speed up the check in process.


You can see the private pool outside the villa. Surprisingly the place turned out to look better than what i expected.



The villa which is like 3 km away from the entrance, drive drive drive you will suddenly see this taman full of villas. Anyway, the villa can accommodate up to 10 people. They also have condominiums and a hotel? i think.


While i was driving to the villa, there was this 1.5metre long GREY SNAKE in the middle of the road. It was SO FREAKY, i just braked in front of it. I guess it was trying to get back to the forest on my right but instead it got so shocked at the car that it retreated back to the left which is the VILLA RESIDENCE AREA. great =_=.

I like this picture because I had a really good sleep that night, was so extremely tired the day before so I got to sleep like a pig. So my problem is sleeping at night, I can sleep at 3-4am these days, I guess it is an improvement from last month when I was constantly going to bed at 5am. It's an even better improvement if compared to when I was at Melbourne when I slept at 7am or 8am. =_=.

Another improvement is that I wake up at 10+am on average these days :)? ... Sometimes 8am or 9am. I feel weird because I sleep later than my younger sis and rise before she does =_=. I SHOULD BE SLEEPING TILL LIKE 1pm or 12pm. I do feel tired, I do get comments from people that I have eye-bags but I don't really give a damn. I just wish that I could get some good sleep. :(.

I just worry that it is really bad for my health. I really wish i can cure my insomnia that has been haunting me a long time. Don't like it when my mum complains and stress about me sleeping so late, when i just cannot ... .

Knew about this place from Nick while we were talking about spicy food and he said that he and his family frequent this place for this Cencaru with petai which is really really spicy(according to him you will chilly shit many times). I went online and found out that it is really popular too!. Made me want to try it even more. Prices are like what you expect when eating at a restaurant, the food is good feels home cooked for me ;D. Also, service was fast which is a plus+++ for me.


This is my second time eating at Mum's place, this time ordered their Tom Yam and Four Angled Beans Fried with Sambal Paste Sotong. Tom yam was not good, too sweet.


The Cencaru was not as spicy when i bit into this, i totally ate the whole thing ... i thought it was a bean. killed me.

Mum's place has grown on me, for good spicy hot foods Mum's place to go.

Some christmas gifts for my relatives. Every year a gathering is held where we exchange gifts, this year for my new baby niece got her flash cards (numbers and shapes) with pointers for parents at the back of the cards. It has super basic questions like "What number number is this?", "Point at the number 1", "How many noses do you have?". She's the new harapan for our bit dysfunctional-lamish family members. We're all somehow geeky and goofy for some reason.

Will remember this year as the year we had too many cakes. Three cakes suddenly appeared, choco swiss roll, secret recipe durian cake and baked cheese cake.

My uncle always says a sentence every year to me and ges that we will always remember ... which is always really random o-o. One year he said "Use your body soap to wash your face", another year he said to us "Better thank GOD that you have food to eat, because people at afghanistan are starving" and this year he said "Go use your credit card, GO use daddy's money!, so that the economy will get better" in a really sincere sort of way. I guess many things he say actually makes sense.


Gessie was trying out Mabel's toy motorcycle. I took some rattling toy and took a picture and soon found out ...


that Gessie didn't enjoy the ride.


Tried making her happy by rattling the toy, while my cousin tried to take a smiling photo of Gessie .. did not really work.


Thankfully after some time she got used to it and was happy again.

The only day we did not have to meet anyone, spent it at Pavilion much shopping done =D (28/12). The day we thought pavilion was far away from us, out of nowhere we saw the signboard Pavilion Parking --->. ... !-!?. like out of nowhere pavilion is suddenly next to us.


The day i bought my hat!, me and ma hat @ bintang walk.


saw this truck at a couple of places, i like how lg is marketing their new phone, so attractive @-@ and pink.


they even give out ice cream.


This one was at 1u, i liked their tree the best.


their theme was alice in wonderland?, i still don't get how alice in the wonderland has anything to do with christmas nevertheless still creative, they had like cards and mazes around the tree.

Klcc's tree the same as last year just with different stuff on it. I don't think mid valley's one looks nice this year either.

Tried this 'pizza wrap' while we were eating at food republic, I was surprised when i saw this because before this I knew from Brian that this was sold at Japan.


The way they are cooked is really cute, they are wrapped and put onto this conveyor belt that really slowly goes into the oven and comes out the other side ready to be eaten. Takes about 3 minutes to be ready.


Got the sweet variety, choco banana something. RM 8 each, IMO it's so not worth it =_=, and it is so small. Spend your money on something else!.

*Pearl Milk Tea with choco pudding and pearls <3. I forgot what the shop name is but it is behind OUG Plaza. Gessie requested to come here, I hesitated to go there at first ... was bit awkward/sad to go there again. But later I didn't care lah, i got to drink it again with the same people and exactly one year ago we sat there haha =).


Gessie made me put this up, think she has this mental plan to try every instant noodle flavor ever made. She said it tasted really good though, got it from Isetan @ Klcc. Lol u know i use to call Isetan as 'I SATAN' because of the way we pronouce Isetan as 'EESATAN'. But if you separate the I and SETAN you get 'I SATAN', oh forget it.


Think it looks cute. Tong yuen in sesame, green tea and soya milk.

This year was busy decorating the house for christmas. Feels nice to walk into a room festively decorated ;D. Since young i usually wasn't involved in this, it was always my mom. Now we're all shopping together buying weird things that we think would fit so long as it looks christmas-sy.


This christmas tree and angel on top has been used for ... like ever since i was born till now. I actually really love christmas, always feel really happy to see everyone else happy and into the whole holiday. I really believed in santa clause and I wrote letters too when i was young, i guess i watched too much television.

But my parents were nice to put presents under the tree.

Parents took me to this place at Nibong Tebal to eat Crab porridge, where they have been telling me so many times that it is reallyyy good. Don't know why but Nibong Tebal might be Crab Porridge Kingdom or something, every shop sells it.

Memorable trip to Penang, when one of my cars broke down. Of so-the-very-coolness when it happened =-=. I've never sat in a car that broke down before and suddenly feeling a bit scared and stunned was o_o ... out of this world.

Could see smoke coming out from the engine. Soon we found out the car radiator had no more water (was leaking) and that the tupperware that we usually put water into isn't flowing inside the radiator, so basically the engine got fried. Anyway, the car stopped next to a hospital and we had to walk up and down filling up bottles of water to fill the radiator, was tiring but least we had baskin robins before this so we're burning the calories at the same time ;D. lameness.

We got kia-su and stopped at a petrol station to fill MORE bottles of water in case it ran out of water halfway through. In the end we had at least 10 litres of water in the car and proceeded to Queensbay Mall to shop.
