Carlton Draught Brewery Tour

We went for it a few weeks back.
It only lasted for an hour, mostly walking around the factory.

It was pretty insightful. Carlton Brewery takes up
quite a lot of land. 4 MCG's according to the guide.
Factory runs 24hrs everyday, making sure the alcoholics never get
thirsty.

Dad was super happay.

Wasn't allowed to take pictures during the tour.

At the end of the tour we got to sample the 12? varieties that they make on site.

Then we got to put on the props from the recent Carlton Draught advertisement.

$10 for Biryani only on the weekends.
very average tasting.

Last year we discovered Rich Maha,
Malaysian Indian food. Gessie and I felt as though we found gold.
haha.
They have everything you wish to find all the curries and rotis.

tried their sambal chicken and the other one I forgot/didn't care.
Only because the sambal chicken was so epic,
we all chili shat the next day.

Super bigass tosai ftw.

We walked

So we went to Taman Pertanian?
The jet lag worked to our advantage.
We woke up early.

Wanted to cycle but the line was so long
that when it got to our turn they ran out.

So we walked.

Found out that it was better to
walk than cycle imo. There were some steep parts
the crappy bicycles just wouldn't cut it.

Saw many people end up getting off
and pushing them bicycles.

the morning sun, oh no.

self entertaining.
collecting rocks.

There's apparently quite a lot to do there,
really big area.

If yous gots the times and the ability to
rise before dawn, you probs would be able to get more done
than we three lazy bums did.

Quite a lot happened over the years.

Every year we visit this place and,
even though the original person that introduced us to this place is now long dead and gone in memory,

we still come back and order the same thing.

We land

 Way outdated post,
but I have nothing else better to blog about.
lol. So bear with me.

Sat Emirates for the first time, wasn't as
wow-ing as I thought it would be.

 Phwa, awesome as usual.
We stayed at KL for a week before going back to Taiping.
Bunked at her place, drove her car.
She sacrificed going back home for new years eve.
THANK YOU.

Yess, I feel bad but on the upside you got to see
me?
:D
