Steamed Egg
Suddenly craved for this, light on the pallet and simple to make. Yet so nostalgic to most of us, specially when it's served on a stainless steel plate.
Had no minced meat so i used ham instead @@. It was my first attempt, so it was a wee bit solid, but still edible. I actually like it that way rather than the tau fu fa texture. But then again, i know more people who prefer it the tau fu fa way.
2nd attempt!, to get the tau fu fa texture. This is because I've decided to serve it as one of my dishes next week and just being damn ocd-perfectionist on it.
